Floral prints are definitely in for this upcoming season. Baby Phat is one of my favorite designers for juniors. They never disappoint. This floral top with ruffle sleeves is adorable and already makes me think of warm April days! The same pattern is also available as a bustier. Either top would go perfectly with a pair of jeans, or underneath a light blazer.
