Noah Cyrus, the young preteen sister to pop super star Miley Cyrus is launching a new clothing line. The line called Emily Grace is going to be released for both teens and tweens. The look is said to have a distinctly edgy look and feel. Most of the outfits will be able to be paired with sneakers such as high-tops or the simple ballerina flats. Expect lots of lace, short skirts, and controversy as some parents seem to be alarmed at the raciness of the line.
